Industrial All Risks Insurance
This policy is specifically offered to large Industrial risks with a sum insured of a minimum of Kshs 300 Million. The policy is written on an “all risks” basis and cover includes:- Fire and allied perils, accidental damage, collapse, collision, impact, theft, malicious damage, etc. It covers both Material Damage as well as Loss of Profits. The cover provided is much wider than a standard Fire and Perils and Burglary Policy.
The policy is also subject to an excess usually a minimum of Kshs 500,000.
